How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Send copyright notices to: dmca@mydream.video
To be effective, your notice must include the information required by Section 512(c)(3) of the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)), including:
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list of works),
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (for example, URL, project ID, or other location details),
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address,
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law,
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, and
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content. We may do so without prior notice to the affected user. After removal or disablement, we will take reasonable steps to promptly notify the affected user using the contact information associated with the account, if available.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under Section 512(g) of the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512(g)) to dmca@mydream.video.
A valid counter-notification must include:
- your physical or electronic signature,
- identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disablement,
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, and
- your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, a judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice (or that person's agent).
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
