You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User Content and License

You retain ownership of your photos and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and use it solely to provide and improve the Service, including generating videos on your behalf. We do not use your User Content to train AI models. We do not use your User Content for marketing without your explicit permission.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate any law or regulation.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• No adult or explicit content.
• Do not reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.

5. Payments and Credits

The Service offers pay-per-generation credits. There are no subscriptions. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content and materials (excluding User Content) are owned by MyDream.video or its licensors and are protected by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDream.video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyDream.video from any claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
